How much do I get paid?
You earn 25% of the order total on every sale you refer. This includes letters and any upgrades, across all of our sites (North Pole Mail, Easter Bunny Mail, and Tooth Fairy Mail). Example: A $11.95 letter earns you $2.99. Higher-value bundles earn more. You are paid on new customers and on any additional purchases that customer makes within 365 days of their first click. One referral covers all of our sites.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid weekly via PayPal once your balance reaches $20. Payouts go out the Saturday after you cross the $20 minimum, using the PayPal email on your account.
Will it cost me anything to join?
No. The program is free. There are no setup fees or ongoing costs.
How is tracking handled?
When someone clicks your link, we set a cookie. We also match the customer’s email and IP so you still receive credit if they clear cookies or return later. Tracking lasts 365 days from the first click.
What happens with refunds?
If an order is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is deducted from your balance.
How do I promote the letters?
Share your unique link in emails, newsletters, or social posts. Use the banners and text links available in your affiliate dashboard. Write a short article or post about personalized letters for kids and include your link. Add your link to your email signature when relevant. One link works across all three sites, so you don’t need separate links for Santa, Easter Bunny, and Tooth Fairy letters.
How do I see my sales?
Log in to the affiliate center to view referrals, sales, and your current balance in real time.
I’m outside the US. Can I still get paid?
Yes. PayPal works in most countries. PayPal may charge a currency conversion fee when converting from USD to your local currency.
How long does tracking last?
365 days from the first click. If a customer returns and orders within that window (even if they clear cookies), you still get credit.
Do I get credit for upgrades and add-ons?
Yes. The 25% applies to the full order total, including letter upgrades, certificates, and any other items added.
What if a customer uses a different device or clears cookies?
We also match by email and IP, so you still receive credit in most cases. Tracking is not cookie-only.
Can I promote all three sites with one link?
Yes. One referral link works across North Pole Mail, Easter Bunny Mail, and Tooth Fairy Mail. You earn on whichever site the customer orders from.
How do I get my links and banners?
After you sign up and log in, your unique links and banner options are available in the affiliate dashboard.
Is there a minimum traffic or sales requirement to stay in the program?
No. You can join and stay active even if you only refer a few orders.
What if I have a problem with a commission or payout?
Contact us at marketing@officialnorthpolemail.com and include your affiliate ID. We’ll review it.
Can I use paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)?
Yes, as long as you follow the ad platform’s rules and don’t bid on our brand name or trademarked terms. Direct linking is allowed.
Do you provide creative assets?
Yes. Banners and sample text are available in your dashboard. You can also create your own as long as it’s accurate and not misleading.
Is there a limit on how many sales I can refer?
No limit. The more you send, the more you earn.
